As for Hitler and Bill O' Reilly, assuming there is a purpose to their existence, it would probably be to challenge good to triumph over them.

I don't know if I'd want the answer to this one. If you get a "no", well, it'd be fairly devastating if you were even a bit religious. And if you get a "yes", well, not much changes in your beliefs anyway. Maybe a bit more confidence, but that defeats the point in "having faith" if you know what you're believing in is proven to be true.
