I'd really like to see how that bad boy works out

On a more serious note however - I'd like to create a vault where the rich and powerful are given the low demeaning tasks, and the poor and down trodden are given positions of power, just to see if those who say they could do a better job running things really can.

It'd be interesting.

The fallout canon actually has this vault. Unsurprisingly it was vault 69, 1000 women, one man.

Vault 68 had 1 woman and 1000 men.



Things I can think up:

The entire vault is made of see-through material. Nothing opaque is in the vault at all. No more privacy for anyone.

Populate the vault with gingers, add one dark haired individual. Fun to track hair-colour over the years.

Add the ministry of silly walks to a vault and give them the food rations to distribute amongst the other inhabitants.

A lot of subvaults making up one main vault, each containing 20ish people. Every night, people get redistributed while they sleep. Basically enforce people to make new contacts every day. Observe their interaction with the world when the vault is opened.

Supply one red vault-suit amidst all the blue ones.

Ok, I take 1000 people (standard amount for a vault) and put them in a vault. The vault has an armory that is stacked with swords, knives etc instead of normal weaponry. It is also filled with anti-gun propaganda and there are requiring showings every week about the finer uses of swordsmanship, also all residents would be issued a sword and be required to learn how use it. I would let them stew for a century or two, letting the use of swords be intergrated into their society, then a timer on the water purifier would go off and it's production rate would go down to 25%. With only enough water for a fourth of the vault's population civil war will be inevitable, I will see how well Humans can fight without guns.

Another thing, I'd want to see a group of 25 guys, 25 girls, all 8 years old, and aren't released until they're all 21 years old. I rekon that would be pretty interesting.

Yea, i guess so. But without the robot, im sure 8 year olds in a safe envrionment could handle themselves.
