I would prefer the idea of being able to inhabit an NPC where you could choose from a group of Pokemon depending on the area you are invading, and battle players. It would be very likely you would lose, but any experience you get could go towards your own Pokemon back in your game.
The idea of being able to invade other people's games with full teams would really mess the game up. Like everyone else is saying, of the people who play the games, the majority do not EV train, or make well balanced teams.
