I'd love to be able to be an awesome guitarist. Alas, I do not want it enough to actually learn. It would take years of constant practice to get to the point I would want to be. I want to be at that point, not to spend the years learning. I would also love to be a good artist. I used to be in to it more than I am now and I can draw relatively competently, but school kind of destroyed any kind of confidence or inspiration to continue in it. That was a long time ago.

What do you mean by "if you could"?
It's not like something is stopping you from doing parkour other than yourself.
I could understand if it was some expensive hobby, like shooting down jets with stinger missiles but parkour is free. Look up some tutorial on youtube and start training the basics. If you start with THE BASICS, you won't get hurt.
You can learn to walk on your hands in 2 days (a week if you're lazy :)
Unless you can't even do 1 push up. It might take longer then.

I could never understand people who say: "I always wanted to learn X" and they haven't ever tried it.
If you really want to do something, do it.

I'd love to be able to dance well. Now before you ask what kind of dance, I point towards my avatar xD. I would say rapping and/or singing but I want to earn it.

Well, I want to learn more languages, right now I only know Spanish and English, not sure why, but I want to start with French and then I want to try something hard like German or Russian.
Besides that, I'd like Parkour too, but mostly because being able to move like that would mean that I'd be too skilled at walking, and therefore I wouldn't fall to the ground every 5 steps, seriously I don't know why this keeps happening, I just trip over my own feet, also I do get into a little trouble so it would be cool to be able to run away in such a cool way, or chase them, yeah I'd just like this one to show off.

I assume he means things learning a skill without having to put in the hours or months or whatever into getting it through normal means. Like just flicking a switch and knowing something. For example, I wouldn't mind knowing Japanese, but I am already studying two other languages, and already speak two languages, so I don't have time.

I'd probably choose a martial art or something, or an instrument or the ability to sing better. But it's hard to know, there are probably other more practical ones out there too.

Maths as a second language...I'm not exactly bad at it, I just don't know any of the correct terminology/notation, which is fairly problematic for some of my programming.

I'd like to learn how to sing.

Which is kind of funny since I'm a quiet fellow with the dopiest voice you'll ever hear and tone-deaf to boot.

So yeah...

Well, I don't know about you but I can learn any skill or pick up any new hobby. Unless it's something really expensive.
<color=grey>(in case you have a physical condition of some sort preventing you from doing parkour, sorry, I don't mean to offend)

The skill needed to reshape matter at will...

just kidding

Deep zen meditation for me. I lack the mental discipline to learn it normally, but that same lack of discipline means I have much to gain from the practice.

Becoming invisible obviously, I tried so very hard to master that skill but the final touch of bending light to my will still eludes me.

I want to know how to be a boss at magic the gathering and/or be the best D&D GM evaaarr! Because I've never had the chance to play either and I still don't. Thats something I'd really like to pick up.

If I could insta-learn like in the matrix I guess I would go for fluency in German. I live in Germany so it would really help. Plus it would allow me to argue with the Mrs in her native tongue :D Hurray!

I would also really love to be a world-class racing car driver, rally or F1 or rallycross or even motoGP.

I wish I could speak 'nuer' my area has a very large sudanese (darfur region refugees) population and 'Nuer' is the language most of them speak. My hurdles are that I'm dyslexic (which makes learning a new language very difficult) and that there isn't really software/night classes for the language.

Learning Spanish or Japanese would be cool. Although the two or three Spanish classes I failed in high school tell me I should try something else. Programming would be cool too.

If I could just have a skill with no practice necessary and no questions asked I'd like to be able to sing. Preferably while playing.

But if we're on a money limitation theme, I'd like to take up Warhammer 40k, just too damn expensive for my poor student self :(

Multiple languages, because I'm not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer and totally sucked when I tried. I know how useful knowing them can be. But hey, what I lack in brains I make up in other venues.
