If i was stuck having to listen to only one song for the rest of my life, i would make sure it wasn't a song i actually liked, to prevent me going into and endless cycle of hate/love for the song. It would probably be some techno background music, or possibly background Jazz (the only non-disturbing music genres that are good music at the same time).

I wouldn't really be able to choose, my favourite song varies very often, and I could never choose my ultimate favourite. Although one song that remains constantly brilliant after listening to it many times is this:

A song with nearly endless versatility:

Can be played straight and sung to a girl to make her think you're so very romantic, can be used ironically (as in Fallout 2), and it's innocent enough for sing-alongs with little kids (c'mon, everyone has a song they remember from childhood because Mom or Dad always sang it around the house...)

That's a great song. Louis Armstrong was my first favorite artist, at age 5.

Another song with a great affect on girls is by Monty Python. Few years back I was having a nice relaxed moment with my girlfriend on the bed and I suggested to make a lil' lovin'. She said she wasn't into that at the very moment, so I rolled back on my back away from her half-acting being frustrated and after a few seconds of uncomfortable silence I started to sincerely whistle Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life. I didn't even notice what I was doing until she started laughing and got on me.

Considering I get bored of a song if I listen to it more than three times in a row, and that I go from Metal to Trance to Classical to Alt. Rock, I don't think I can nail down just any one song =/

I like this song alot right now, and I can listen to it multiple times without getting boring, but for the rest of my life? I doubt it.

I've never Listened to a single song of Bieber's. I couldn't help but notice the vast array of post processing effects his producers used on his voice. To me that is a sure sign that his voice is paper thin and has no business being on any album let alone a pop album.
