If you could make one mythical/legendary figure real, who would it be?

For me it would be Santa so children could get presents and actually have a reason to be nice. But if they're bad they get a lump of coal and that will help with our fossil fuel problems so it's win-win. Also no religious figures like God or anyone of the sort because I don't want to have a flame war.
