Fate/Stay Night aside, I'd probably go with Anansi the Spider. You'll never get bored hanging around a guy who owns all the stories in the world. Theoretically, you could make a fortune ghostwriting films, songs, books, etc.

Frankly, I always thought he'd make a good Caster class servant, so I'll readily agree.
