I'd have to say portal and half life, not just those games but all the sequels as well. It wouldn't be a total mash together, but just enough so either the portal world would have a closer link to the half life world or the other way around (As in instead of just talking about black mesa or aperature science in either one, have them actually run into each other and help each other out. For example, maybe Chell wants to rescue Ratmann because of how hes helped her and Gordan freeman needs to help Ratmann because he is the only one that can decode/ repair/ other-fancy-term-for-doing-smart-people-thing an portal device that could be used by the Combien to come back to earth)

That was a more realistic and plausible join, but if i wanted to go crazy i'd say Starcraft 2 and Team Fortress 2 (the FPS aspects anyway, and anything that didn't match the Starcraft world would be spaceified). The only thing you'd need then would be players who would work together not because they had to but because they wanted to and they were decent people.

Seriously though. Skies of Arcadia and Last Remnant. Would open up a whole new world for the final ship battles. Rather than fighting with one ship against 2 or 3 ships there would be hundreds of ships fighting hundreds of ships and monsters. It would be epic and would require to change tactics rather than to just focus energy until you get enough to use the moonstone canon or just fire the normal canons like crazy. I'd like to see that happen now. This topic makes me depressed seeing this will never happen...

My favorite mix would have to be Mount and Blade: Warband + Word of Warcraft
