Just imagine: the world a hundred years into the future, blacklight has completely reduced the world to a post-apocalyptic nightmare. Of course, this means that lots of god-killing mutated abominations exist, and Mercers has to kick some faces in to show those wannabes who's boss.

EDIT: Blacklight is the name of the virus that turns everyone into zombies.
