The insult was targeted to the ones who did use Israel and Palestine but you had every right to be offended (although you really shouldn't). And as for the Escapist you can't set it to a "whole new low" because one of it's topics is not as innocent or intellectual as it can be. As for flame-bait threads you are right I did learn that they attract a lot of emotion and responses but isn't that to be expected in a forum that can include anything but gaming? When you have the topic gaming usually you can only take 2 to 3 sides at maximum but here topics can expand to "Are you a proponent to Kantian ethics" versus a topics like "TRIPLEZ C*NTED HOOKERS?? 4 OR AGAINSTTT?"
