A courier bag (of a style that I wasn't able to find inside of a few minutes of searching - you're on your own there)

A pair of dark (might be black) cargo pants (so common I don't think I need to point out an example)

and black cross training shoes with white piping.

The only part of the outfit that's expensive is the jacket and, to be fair, it would require a bit of modification to be "close enough".
