As for me, i'd put Vincent and Jules from Pulp Fiction into Fallout: New Vegas as professional hit-men. They still have a chance to do this, so it might actually happen.

I'd also put Tidus in Fallout: New Vegas somewhere as well, just so I could find him dead on the ground somewhere.

OT it would have to be the Predator into Prince of Persia as the playable character, imagine it, you can watch him tear the same persons spine out through they're chest again, and again, and again...
