The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.

Fix the animations, fix the combat, fix some of the more broken aspects of the game, etc. There are so many flaws in this game that stop it from being perfect, even though its formula has the potential for it to be something beyond great. A remake would hopefully fix most of Morrowind's glaring flaws, resulting in a better overall product.

Well that's the end of this thread.

OT: Yeah, as above.

I'm going to go old school on this one;
Dungeons & Dragons: Warriors of the Eternal Sun

This is my favorite game of all time, as I put in 300+ hours when I was 9-12 years old. This is the one game I really can claim "god status" at.
Good times...

I'd less remake but more make a spiritual sequal to the wonder boy series. Why, Sega. Why no love for the wonder boy franchaise?!

Wait. Activision also published it... NO! No sequels or remakes! If it succeeds Activision will ruin it!

Well the Morrowind one has already been said so I'll say Deus Ex: Invisible War.

Just have another go at it really... don't screw up the map sizes, inventory, ammo system, interface, texture quality, damage modeling, RPG elements, etc this time.
