If you could resurrect the multiplayer of one game, what would it be?

Sven coop. It was the very first actual video game I played, and oh my god was it amazing. I only wish the servers were as full as they used to be, the maps never ending and constantly ambiguous, random, and balls to the wall insane. My very view of physics was changed by that game.

I wish I could play it again.

You know, I always wanted to play Dungeon Keeper 2 and Freedom Force online, but there were NEVER any players online. I was always curious how those two held up in multiplayer.
Hey, I was gonna say DK2, but you beat me to it.

Freedom Force would be pretty awesome too, but I really wanted me some DK2 multiplayer.

GTA4, I just got it in January and can never get more than 4 or 5 people in one match.

Red Faction Guerrilla, man that was fun. Add maybe five or so more maps, some new Skins and I'd play it. I really do miss it.

Another for Tribes...it was my first online game(56k woot) and the first game I bought for myself. I'm sure I was terrible at it but it was a tremendous game for it's time. The openness of the game-play blew my mind back then and still will when the next game comes out. Fuck your corridor shooter, gimme disk launcher jousting 300 feet in the air any day.
EAGERLY anticipating Universe.

Transformers WFC, Nuff said.

It's my favourite multiplayer, but as i have said before it never has over 1000 players on at one time, and if it does, it's like once a year at chrimbo.
1,000? I never see more than 200 players online at any given time. No one plays the game types I like, either.

I play Team Deathmatch, usually about 200-700 players on depending on the time of day.

Madness, I say. Clearly, your world is more densely populated with those who play War for Cybertron. I've seen fewer than 80 players online worldwide at a time. A shame, since WFC's multiplayer is interesting and fun.

As i say, usually depends what time of day you play, it's usually better after school times and on Weekends...

Super Smash Brothers Brawl, if it could be resurrected in such a way that it doesn't completely suck ass with lag. Also, I'd like to MGS4 online before it became overrun by hackers and laggers.

I'll probably be the only one to say this one, but:

Tabula Rasa

Yes, I'm a weirdo who actually liked it. Then again I also liked Dreamcast's Phantasy Star Online.

Red faction guerrilla was fun, smashing people with my hammer never got old (never!!), especially when I used the stealth backpack to sneak up on them. I was very stealth happy with smashing people to sneaking to a sniper vantage point and secretly planting proximity mines for people to step on, good times.

I would love to see a re-emergence of crimson skies. I loved that game online. Maybe it is just nostalgia due to it being the first multiplayer game I ever played online.
