If you could resurrect the multiplayer of one game, what would it be?

Red Faction Guerrilla, man that was fun. Add maybe five or so more maps, some new Skins and I'd play it. I really do miss it.
Oh god, this. I can't believe I forgot about it, seeing as I tried to play about a week ago...

Transformers WFC, Nuff said.

It's my favourite multiplayer, but as i have said before it never has over 1000 players on at one time, and if it does, it's like once a year at chrimbo.
1,000? I never see more than 200 players online at any given time. No one plays the game types like, either.
I play Team Deathmatch, usually about 200-700 players on depending on the time of day.
Madness, I say. Clearly, your world is more densely populated with those who play War for Cybertron. I've seen fewer than 80 players online worldwide at a time. A shame, since WFC's multiplayer is interesting and fun.
As i say, usually depends what time of day you play, it's usually better after school times and on Weekends...

Btw you avatar is the background of my phone...in other words, i love it! <3!
That could be it. I usually try to play on my days off work, when I'm not at college. Still, it's sad that so few play a game with such great multiplayer. I never have difficulty finding a game of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, which may indicate that the average age of a player of WFC is rather young, in addition to being grossly outnumbered by BC2's players.

Also, my current desktop background depicts Seaking using Hyper Beam to blow up the planet.

Unreal Tournament 3, purely so I can nab some of the achievements. Literally NO-ONE plays multiplayer on that game. I tried for about an hour to get a game, no luck at all. It'd give me no matches every time I tried to search for a random match for about 5 tries, then it'd bring me into a lobby with this one guy who booted me from it as soon as I entered every time. And his was the only game matchmaking would find. He was confusing and extremely annoying at the same time.

Also, maybe Alien VS Predator. It's not necessarily dead, but it's not exactly bustling. Few things are funnier than getting to play an Alien in species wars against people that are stuck as playing as Marines, running up behind them and impaling them every time they respawn. No-one would willingly play Marines, they can't kill anything.
(Unless it's an Alien that's in front of them, but only an idiot would run in front of anyone as an Alien)

Half-Life mod: Sven Co-op!

It got turned into shit when 4.5 got released and more than half of the community left.

Honestly, I'd resurrect the Open RvR servers- and thereby the whole point of- Warhammer Online AoR. The day I became unable to join and lead raiding parties across the border into Order territory is the day I turned my back on this troubled effort and its charming but primitive-on-release-day engine.

Command and Conquer Renegade, and Star Wars: Rebellion.

Of course, they'd need a bit of modernizing as well as resurrecting but I'D STILL DO IT.

Sniper Elite, mostly on the basis that I rented the game and barely had a week to play it, now I got the steam version and can only really play singleplayer, I wish it at least had a lobby for coop matches, the console version had coop if I remember correctly.

Phantasy Star Universe. I know the 360 version is still around, but the PS2 and PC servers have been gone, and frankly, the game worked best on PC.
The game was kinda stupid, but it was fun.

Phantasy Star Online Ver.2 on Dreamcast. Regardless of later iterations having way more content, this one was just too special to me and so many others. Yeah I know there's a popular private server that is able to connect every version of the game to one another... but it's not the same as the old official servers. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Phantom Dust (Xbox) amazing game that had a lot of strategy but never really reached a large audience so the multiplayer died way too quickly.

OH! God, yes!! I was horrible at that game but it was SOOO fun!! Loved playing a more base defense role in Broadside Capture the Flag. Hardly anyone tried to defend the flags so I made it a pain in the ass for anyone to get to ours.
