To my 8 year old self: Invest in google! And FFS exercise, seriously, at one point you pull a muscle chasing after an ice cream truck. The truck was in PARK roughly 14 meters from the building you exited you dumb ass. Also, quit trying to be social, you`re a loner and any attempts at being as social as everyone else- even if successful, will be ridiculously mentally taxing on you, you feel a hell of a lot more comfortable with your own company and on occasion that of a few good friends.

I did. My guitar teacher was actually their original bass player. Somewhere, there's an old video clip of them (with him) on "The Uncle Floyd Show", a late-night local program in Jersey on UHF (shows how long ago it was).

Jon and Ritchie were at his house that day to use the recording studio in his basement. Seemed like pretty cool dudes, though.

Sad thing is my guitar teacher left to "do his own thing". Years later, I caught up with him after "Slippery When Wet" went quadrillion platinum or whatever.

Needles to say, he is somewhat bitter.
