I'd say a G.E.C.K from Fallout 2. And 3. Then I'd sell my flat, buy a huge chunk of Nevada desert and turn it into a sky resort or something and sell half the propriety to whatever construction company pays the most.

Did those things work even in-game?

yes. in fallout three, the G.E.C.K. activated and cleaned the water. if you don't have the DLC Broken Steel, you die. if you do, then you wake up about 3 weeks later and continue the fight against the enclave.

Mine wouldn't really be tangible. It's the ability of subversion. Flips damage and healing. So if I were to ever get into a fight and I'm really hurting, BAM! I'm all better. Or if I were being an evil person, put it on a person at the doctor's office. Then again, it would make those painful parts seem really pleasant.

I'd summon the ability to read minds... though that one might turn out to be more of a curse than a blessing...
