I would replace Gordon Freeman with Samus Aran. Zip past all the zombies while dropping bombs as a ball.

I would switch every Protaganist in every single game into Scorpian and every single Antagonist in every single game into Sub-Zero.. But! every Sub-zero killed is actually sub-zero's brother.

That would make for an interesting Mario game.
