If you could take 3 games from any console (meaning 3 from 360, PS3 and so forth) that would be all you could play, which would you choose? Let me make it clear that there will not be added any content, the game you choose stay the same forever, so replayability is a pretty big deal here.

Yeah.. I have more than three games on more than three consoles already..

Have I won?
And what are they? And would they really be the games you would choose to play for all eternity?

Ok, I'll take it but modified; the games receive patches, updates etc. There's new content, but the core game remains. Deal?

1. MGS2 on PS2. Oh, I could play that one for a long, long time.

2. Splinter Cell: Conviction. Juicy sneaking goodness.

3. Fallout 3. Hours, and hours, and hours.

No. The game will not receive any sort of patches or updates. It will be the same 3 games, so replayability is really important here.

It would've been a good idea if you'd included the rules to this thread in your 1st post ;)

Anyway, here is my list:

- Timesplitters: Future Perfect (PS2)
- The Warriors (PS2)
- GTA: San Andreas (PS2)

Dungeons and Dragons: Table top.
Never gets old

Heroes of Newerth: PC
Can be played pretty much forever.

Dragon Age 2: Xbox 360
I actually like it. It can really only be played through about 5 or 6 times but I'll savour them.

The Warriors is my favorite Rockstar game (while most people would say GTA or RDR), a very underrated game imo.
I wanted to buy it back when it came out, never got around to it..

1) Kind of cheating here but the Metroid Prime Trilogy on Wii (It's all on one disc!)- So much sci-fi exploratory first-person adventure 'em up goodness.

2) Counter Strike: Source - No matter how many CoD games there are, people still play it.

3) Minecraft - You really could play it forever in the state it's in now.

-Fallout 3
-Prototype
-Bulletstorm

The top 2 are probably my most replayed games, not to mention that even without DLC you can stretch a Fallout 3 game to over 100 hours.

Bulletstorm because it's my favourite multiplayer. That's assuming there'd be enough others choosing it to keep an online community.

-Fallout: New Vegas
-Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
-Minecraft

I'm not a huge fan of Minecraft, but I do think that it's a game I can play for a very long time and not get bored.
