Assuming MMO's are not excluded from this list I'd choose:
EVE Online - there's so much to do, it'd take me forever
City of Heroes - (as of the latest issue)
Team Fortress 2

I'd say GTA:SA (lots of fun to be had even after 100%), Garry's Mod, and the Unity Editor. If it's gonna be eternity, I'm gonna start making my own damn games.

Heavy Rain - Because that's my all time favorite.

Alpha Protocol - Great game, and giant replayability guarantees hours of fun.

Something from Thief series - again, great game + replayability.

UFO: Enemy Unknown (aka X-Com)
Left 4 Dead 2
[Python 3.2 + Pygame 1.9.1] not a game, but nothing can keep me from making my own games!

If you could take 3 games from any console (meaning 3 from 360, PS3 and so forth) that would be all you could play, which would you choose? Let me make it clear that there will not be added any content, the game you choose stay the same forever, so replayability is a pretty big deal here.
STALKER, ME1 and ME2

This is kinda dumb all together though no offense

1. Fallout 3. This would probably take up most of my time.
2. Mass Effect 2. Just 'cause it's a kick ass game.
3. Battlefield: Bad Company 2. For my appetite for multiplayer.

PC games allowed... yet no "added content"? That does not compute. Modding is pretty much the standard in PC gaming. Would I be allowed to make my own mods for games that come bundled with modding software?

PS2 -- Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil. Love that game, will play it over and over again, no matter what.

PS1 -- Metal Gear Solid. One of my all time favorites.

N64 -- Super Smash Bros. 64 -- That game is a masterpiece.

I don't think I could just live with 3 games though. You're restricting it too much.

Nope. The game is as if you bought it right now, and your computer unfortunately wont run modding programs, so you're stuck with the official product.

Can it be games that aren't released yet?
Eh, sure. In that case SKYRIM!

I doubt many gamers could, but that's the point. Kinda the same thing as if a nuke is gonna hit, and you can only get 1 item with you, what would it be? They're ment to be like this.
