If you could theme your life around a game, what would it be?

...Would the Scott Pilgrim game count?

If not, then I'd go with either Pokemon, or one of the Digimon games.

Dragon Age: Origins. I want to have the ability to make awful decisions that piss my friends off immensely but then bribe them all into falling in love with me just by handing over something I found on my way to work.
Brilliant!

I would choose....Saints Row 2. I'd work hard to unlock all the cheats for things like "no fall damage," "infinte ammo," and "free delivery" on cars.

Then I'd steal a police helicopter and lay low for a while. Once the heat was off...WOOHOO!

You do realize that you would be almost certain to be NPC #804, not the big sexy protagonist, right?
Seems the intent of the thread is clearly contrary to that.

I don't see the attraction of picking some game where you get shot at or have Cthulhu lurking around. Call me a bit of a Rincewind if you want. I'd go for something that would be fun in real life, such as a football game.

The Parkour skills of Ezio, the all consuming rage and god killing ability of Kratos, and the guerrilla campaign of the guy in Red Faction.

Kingdom Hearts. Where better to hide from my responsibilities than a parallel dimension?
True that. Plus being able to wield magic, defy the laws of physics, and fight an infinite number of monsters with an extremely aesthetically pleasing weapon (that can also turn into a form of personal transport)? Yes please.

MINECRAFT!!!!

Must you ask why?
I'd get kinda lonely after awhile. Creepers aren't much of company as they have this explosive temper they can't control, you can understand Zombies too well, and skeletons...well, who want's a living skeleton for a friend?

I'd say Half-Life or Left 4 Dead 2. Zombie killing is just SO FREAKING FUN!!! Or maybe the Metroid series, that would be cool.

Assassin's creed. I never played it, but the idea seems awfully interesting. Especially if the world would be taking in a steampunk-sort era. :]

World of Warcraft, i'd never be short of things to do, people to talk to. I'd be immortal, i could fly a dragon, fight undead, turn into a bear/cat/tree/bird. The list could go on for a while.
