I'll take Frank Welker's voice (and voice-acting talent). The man is a GOD when it comes to voices, he must have control over every chamber in his body. This guy can imitate a flock of enraged geese all by himself... you can approach him and ask, "Hey Frank, for this next show we need a dragon with asthma, can you do that?", and he'll go, "Phew, and I thought it was gonna be something difficult...". Almost every time you hear animal noises in a cartoon show, odds are it's Frank Welker's work.
