Man Machine, by Robbie Williams. I'm thinking it'd be some sort of cyborg or robot, originally intended for crimefighting or some supersoldier project. However, after singlehandedly destroying his creators and the whole project's existence, he now works for a drug syndicate, running drugs and armaments.

OR

Police and Thieves, by Junior Murvin. It'd be a police vs. criminals MMO (with players able to take either side) set in the early sixties.

Either For Whom The Bell Tolls or Master of Puppets.

Would be interesting to see what kind of games they would become.

A Nightmare to Remember

"A nightmare to remember, I'd never be the same.
What began as laughter
So soon would turn to pain
The sky was clear and frigid
The air was thick and still.
Now I'm not one to soon forget, and I bet I never will."

And that's just the first verse.

A Dustland Fairytale, by The Killers.

My game would be Missing Time, written by Fredrik Thordendal. It would be a very strange game. Like a dark version of Psychonauts.

You saying Cradle of Filth.
I'm just trying to imagine a game based off their songs... they'd be pretty gruesome.

I can't really think of any that haven't been mentioned.

For Whom The Bell Tolls is actually based off a book by Ernest Hemingway with the same title, I think a game like that would be quite interesting.

Ramble On [Lead Zeppelin]. You wander around a barren wasteland. Sounds exciting, no?
Fallout 3?

Anyway, I would pick something by Dream Theatre, either "Panic Attack" or "These Walls." Panic Attack would be some sort of survival game, and all of the enemies become more difficult and morph to take on even stranger appearances as your character slowly gets more and more insane >_>. These Walls would become a maze/escape game. The lyrics will tell you why.

Rime of the Ancient Mariner - Iron Maiden

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4C2TDUPejc

"The curse it lives on in their eyes.
The Mariner, he wished he'd die
Along with the sea creatures,
But they lived on, so did he."
That would make a very nice one...it's long enough =D.
I was going to say run to the hills. You could either play from the perspective of the Native Americans on bicycles, or the settlers in cars. The object would be to steal/protect the injins/your gold and sell/buy whiskey. Of course there would always be that side quest of killing each other...

"Dark Chest of Wonders" by Nightwish.

"Fly to a dream
Far across the sea
All the burdens gone
Open the chest once more
Dark chest of wonders
Seen through the eyes
Of the one with pure heart
Once so long ago..."

That or any song by Rhapsody of Fire.
Damn, didn't expect to be beaten to that. Hard to narrow it down to a song, though (maybe if the entire Power of the Dragonflame album, or Emerald Sword saga even, could be turned into a game...)

"Paschendale" by Iron Maiden. It's about the battle of Paschendale in the Great War. Self-explanatory, really. I just want a good game based on the first world war.

Hotel California or Enter Sandman

Hotel California seems like a survival horror (There is a haunted hotel by the name of Hotel California.)

Enter Sandman seems like it would make a good dark game
Hotel California is a real place, and the song isn't about how it's haunted, it's about how it's so nice you can never leave. It's not actually that nice though.

Desolation Row... although I have no idea what that would result in

Also Don't fear The Reaper
