Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen would be one big, crazy-ass mindfuckery of Tim Schafner or Tim Burton-esque levels.

Beat me to it, but definitely this, would be fuckin insane.

EDIT: A couple other good ones would be Neon Knights or Killing the Dragon by Dio, as well as Feed My Frankenstein by Alice Cooper. Don't know what Alice's game would be about, but I imagine some type of horror/action game where you play a serial killer or are hunted by one.
