Not a cheat per se, but the Dead Ringer from TF2. Equip, and proceed to run into traffic, scare people to death.

God Mode is first on my mind, but that may get boring after the first hundred years or so. No-Clip sounds fun, but there is a risk of falling through the floor or something. I have no weapons that require ammo. And infinite money, ironically, cheapens its value.

At the end, I'd use whatever cheats that makes life more interesting and/or random.

Unoriginal, probably uninspired but about the most practical real world cheat you could have. I'd be a billionaire philanthropist with no discernable income, everyone would assume I was a real live bond baddy and it would be awesome.
