If you could work for Escapist what would you do?

Probably have to do something ZP styled, but aimed in an entirely different direction.

We've got movies, games, and cutscenes covered so maybe...books?

I can read fast so it wouldn't be too big a deal, though not many other people read, so too few would be interested. At best I'd get Family Guy style laughs where you laugh but you don't actually have a damn clue what they're talking about so it's not actually funny.

Anime/Manga is definitely out, since the whole concept seems to be based around taking someone else's work, altering it very slightly, changing the names, and doing it again. After about 3 weeks i'd be reduced to just calling everything "samey" or "generic".

I bet I could do parodies of the Old Media, but The Onion and Colbert already own that demographic and do it better than I ever could.

I guess I'd just have to be someone else who does news posts, except I'd be an ass about it.

I would definitely want to do reviews and write articles. I've been meaning to write about the massive gap between high brow and low brow RPG fans and single vs. multiplayer game fans.

I can't imagine I'd be good at anything that they'd have a job opening for right now...
My coding skills are nowhere near where they'd need to be for the tech side, I don't write well or often enough to be considered for articles, and I'm a generally lazy bastard, so...yeah.
I guess the thing I'd be closest to being qualified for would be something that deals with community management.

Well, I would love to have a job here, but I don't think I have any marketable skills that are needed for the site. I can't code, I have no idea how to make a good video, I can not draw so comics are out. I probably couldn't write an article up to their standards, nor a review for that matter.
