The Timesplitters series or Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind would get my vote.

Morrowind. It can't be anything else. I cannot think of a game (that I liked) that would benefit more. Otherwise it would be the first Deus Ex. That game looks like shit nowadays.

Rome Total Wa....Oh wait. :D

Hmmm, I'm honestly not sure.

Okay, now I am sure!

Dungeon Keeper... heck I just want a third installment.
Hmmm, maybe I'm not so sure.

On a side note, OP, please please please finish thread titles.

Tank Trax. Yeah. And Fred. Also, Jet Set Willy.

Going too far back? Sigh, oh well. In that case, i vote for Kid Icarus and the original Metroid.

Oooo tough one... I'd say say Halo CE but that already got the entirely new graphics treatment... So... Uh... I'm gonna go with... Either Manhunt (1&2) or GTA Vice City...

Cate Archer in glorious HD, oh yeah.
I was waiting for a good idea to pop out at me in this thread. Guess which one I agree with most?

I feel obligated to mention Morrowind because it's my favorite game ever, but unlike every other game listed here, it did get fully remade by fans. It's exactly as the OP described it: a full remake with modern graphics.

While it isn't my mod-pack of choice, it does show how much the game has been brought up to date.

Thing is, every game I can think of doesn't need an HD upgrade to be better than it already is/was.

You know, I'm going to come out of left field and say I want to see an HD version of Lego Racers. I've wanted a new game in that series for a while, so why not now?

Timesplitters: Future Perfect. No competition.

Some other awesome ones for me would be Legend of the Dragoon and Dynasty Tactics 2. They were some of favourite games growing up.

Star Wars Battlefront 2. I just really want a Battlefront for this generation, it needs it so badly. With updated graphics it would look gorgeous too, Kashyyk would be a sight to see.

What would be your mod pack of choice? I've been trying to get into Morrowind for a year now and I managed month or so ago but lost my save and never started again. Now with a more powerful machine at my disposal I'm looking to improve the graphics, even just a little bit.

The original Spyro the Dragon trilogy. I've spent the last few days playing these exclusively. I'm almost afraid turning on my PS3 will give my eyes a heart attack. [sub]Because eyes have hearts, totally[/sub]

This is the one I'm happy with.
http://www.somethingfornobody.com/2011/morrowind-modding-guide/

It's been a while since he updated it, but I think a new update is around the corner.

Edit: I should add it's not 100% vanilla, because a few of the mods try to make certain weaker parts of the game a little more epic. The mod that changes the character creation section is pretty crazy, because you can use it to start as a vampire if you wish. Personally, I like the vanilla experience, but it's pretty sweet seeing what the mod community can do. I'm also waiting for OpenMW to come to completion, because as it is now, it's looking great.

It's a project to rebuild the Morrowind engine. It's come a long way in the last year.

I'm not sure. I don't really have a problem with graphics unless they are so bad, I cannot tell what's what.

So Doom, because why not?
