I'd still eat, because food is delicious, and a great way to bring together friends and family.
Sex without the fear of procreation? Sign me up. $10,000 membership fee? I'll sell you a kidney to help cover the cost.
Being able to live and run around and all that without needing oxygen? Can you imagine how awesome that would be? The only thing keeping me back from running like the wind is my lungs. Just about everyone would be able to run a 5-minute mile if we could do so without needing to breathe. And I think just about everyone with any kind of respiratory illness (asthma, etc.) would like that, as well.

Pain, on the other hand, is necessary. Pain is the body's way of telling you that something is wrong.
Besides, without pain, I think we wouldn't be able to adequately appreciate the good side of pain. Ever scratch a really bad itch? Ever stretch so hard that your muscles burn just a bit? Hurts so good, don't it?

And the instinct of self-preservation... I think that's far, far too deeply ingrained in our being. It takes some pretty extraordinary circumstances for that most base instinct to be overridden.
Besides, it's that instinct that keeps most of us alive. It's the reason why, if we see a large vehicle headed directly for you, you move out of the way without taking that one precious second to decide what to do. And it's what makes us value life itself all the more.

I'd rarely eat, much like I do now. I've never really enjoyed food.
