Counter-Strike: Source, but then if multiplayer games are not allowed (and even then I'd possibly go with a MMORPG, if this "god" played my monthly fees)... Civilization V is a sound option and can't think of a better option at the moment. Oh, no, wait, Dragon Age: Origins would be my other option.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind since it's still my favourite game.

I mean, think about it, there's SO many damn ways to play it. Sure, I could play through it a few times the RIGHT way, i.e., picking the most effective team and beating the Elite Four. But after that got old, I could start playing it in all kinds of ways. Like, a Ratatta only run, or using only water-types, or using only one pokemon, or that challenge where if a pokemon faints in battle, you release it.
Then, after I've had my fun, I'd try to catch 'em all. Hopefully God would be a nice guy about it, and let me get both versions, and two DS's so I could trade with myself.
I'm sure I could kill a few centuries just trying to get shiny versions of every pokemon.
