what would you do?

First off, I go nowhere without my cell. Second, nowhere near any place with a phone? So basically I'm totally lost in the middle of nowhere. Awesome. Also, if no phones are any where to be found then why in the hell would I "know" someone would do something bad to her? Think about that. This girl is unconscious in the middle of nowhere. I have no reason to honestly believe anyone else besides my stupid ass is out there too unless she has some very fresh wounds. It sounds like she got dumped out in a no-man's-land to die and somehow my stupid ass was just wandering around out here with no phone and happened to find her. Just so we are on the same page, I'm gonna run with that assumption.

Phone or not, the only reason I can think of for being out away from civilization would be to do a dig for rocks or fossils and such (I'm a geology major). So I'd have parked somewhere within walking distance and likely have some tools with me. At this point I'd do one of two things. I would either check her for injuries and find a way to get help. My phone would be in my car so a quick walk back to make a 911 call would be in order. Problem solved and I can either get back to my dig after making the police report or get hauled off to station and get questioned, effectively ruining my day.

Option 2 is pretty much do whatever I want to her. Being in this kinda of mood, I would probably do the nasty deed then dismember the body and bury the pieces a few miles apart. I'd probably end up burying any tools used for this task in separate locations ending with my shovel being buried somewhere. If I really wanted to clean up, I might even take the GPS coordinates of each buried item and return a few weeks later and plant local vegetation on top of the burial spots to fully disguise any trace of the deed.

Still kind of a stupid question. I mean I can't even imagine what kind of foul mood I'd need to be in to do anything other than option 1. Even so, if I'm gonna do anything malicious then I will damn well do it so I don't get caught.

Pick her up, put my coat around her if I'm wearing one and take her to the hospital. If my house is closer, then I take her home and call 911. Along the way I talk to everyone to see if anyone has a cell and can call 911 and I knock on random doors to ask if I can borrow the phone.

On a side note, this would make a really awesome story to tell friends afterwards. Good Samaritan much?

First, I would smack myself for not bringing my cell phone. I never leave the house without it. Like seriously, it's as essential as the keys and wallet.

Second, whether my girlfriend was present or not is irrelevant because - if I WAS close enough to my home for it to be relevant, I would be near a place that I could get access to a phone. My phone, in fact, since I apparently left it at the house.

In fact, I'm probably in another state entirely. Iowa does seem pretty desolate at first, but it's dotted with tons of small towns, farmhouses, and so on, and shot through with enough roads that finding civilization (and a phone) wouldn't be an issue.

At this point I would realize that, for one reason or another, I'm in the middle of the Amazon, panic briefly, and then ask myself, "What would Bear Grylls do?"

Just found a girl who won't wake up in the Amazon... better drink my own piss.

Pretty simple, I'd first I'd check her vitals and major organs and look for any signs of injury, then if she's still alive I'd carry her home, using the blanket to shield her from public view. Then as I'm trying to open the door or as I ring the doorbell, I'd ask my girlfriend to call the police and/or paramedics. We'd wait for them to show up, all the while explaining how I happened upon a naked girl unconscious on the street. Answer all questions truthfully and hope she can recover.

I've been in a situation "like" this when I was 16 in Teneriffe. I was walking to hotel around 2am, found the girl in a side street, topless, passed out drunk, loads of drunk people walking by and being jerks, taking pictures etc.

I got went over, pretended I knew the girl, got everyone to sod off best I could, got enough words out of her to find out she was staying just a few doors away. So I took of my shirt, put it on her, carried her to the door, checked her bag for the keys (nothing more) but couldn't find them, so sat with her on the doorstep for an hour making sure she didn't coke or whatever.

Eventually her friend rung her mobile, I explained the situation and she came and I helped her in. Went back the next day to check if she was OK and that was that.

Made me feel sick inside that people would take pictures and not even once offer any kind of help to her.
