Guys rule number one with any possible blunt force trauma and/or possible spinal damage from the fall DONT MOVE THEM! Not only could you possibly screw her up more, you can easily get sued for doing so.
First thing check her pulse and breathing. If checks out, attempt to wake her up. Wakes up ask her if she has any intense pain in her head or spinal column. Also ask about tingling or numbness could mean nerve damage. Ask if she can get up under her own power. If she can, cloth her with what you got drive to nearest hospital. Remain calm. Your about to be the sickest s.o.b in everyones eyes. although madatory for this kind of situation, ask them to run a rape kit. Call police if the hospital hasent already. Remain calm and walk the police step by step. They could detain you and get hair samples to make sure your clear. Prepare for a long day or night.
Bad scenarios: Not breathing you can attempt CPR but working on someone for too long their pretty much dead. Better off trying to speed to hospital. Cant wake up. Assume head trauma or possible coma. Keep her spinal column straight as possible and take her to hospital.

The average person in need would prolly be grateful. But you can always get that one person who has no problem trying to screw you over.
