I think I'd spend the first five minutes or so giving final messages to the people I know overseas and/or try and establish alternate methods of communication.
The next five minutes...it's the end of the internet and I've spent the majority of my time here being civilised, time to get on the trollercoaster baby.

It would trigger a key sense in my brain activating the knowledge of every keyboard hotkey imaginable, allowing me to download all the guitar pro tabs, porn, music, and stupid internet videos I would ever need - in record time.
