Realistically, I'd probably put it towards bills. However, if we are going to assume I have to spend it on something silly...I would probably put it towards some art commissions of my City of Heroes characters.

$300 isn't much (which was the point of that episode... to make fun of $300 government return checks, and how much of a waste of taxpayer funds that was)... I can spend far more than that on whatever I choose on any given day if I want... so I'd just chuck in in my checking account and carry on as normal.
