It's not incest as your daemon is, as far as I remember, a physical representation of your "soul" or thereabouts, as such it is literally just as an extension of you, so having sex with it would have the same connotations as having sex with your hand (more popularly known as "jerking it"). I'd debate whether it's really beastiality when it's only taking the form of an animal but has a 'human' brain and the capacity for thought that comes with it.
