My boyfriend and I were spitballing about kid names at dinner one night, and we came up with:

"Hi, my name is Emily D. *lastname*"
"Oh, what does the D stand for?"
"Destroyer of worlds, slayer of dragons, SCION OF THE END TIMES! *lightning flare, thunder crash* Darn it, it always does that when I say my middle name."

In all seriousness, though, as someone with an uncommon first and middle name, I'd give my child something normal-ish. Emily is cute, as is Annabelle (Anna for short). And since my boyfriend would want her middle name to start with a D (and I want a flower name to honor my familial traditions), she would be Emily Dahlia or Annabelle Daisy.

Panavia (after the Panavia Tornado fighter aircraft), or like above Sheila (shes the lady in the tank xD). For twins Teresa and Clare (from Claymore), or any other names from Claymore sound good for name inspiration.

Emma. It's what I would have been named if I was a girl, and my mom never had a daughter. Plus, I've always liked the name.

BAM!

What a name.

Edit: these threads require dangerously low content posts.

I'm Jewish, so I'd name her...

"kchhhhhhhh"

Edit: Points to whoever can correctly guess which comedian I ripped that off of.

Second Edit: Extra points to whoever can pronounce it. (Guttural 'ch')

As a male, I am evidently not allowed in this thread, but I will post anyways.

*Ahem*

Her full name would be Amy Basil Clara Desmond Ernest Fanny George Hector Ida James Kate Leo Maud Neville Olive Prue Quentin Rhoda Susan Titus Una Victor Winnie Xerxes Yorick Zillah Bigelow.

If anybody can spot the reference, then I salute you.

The names of all the fictional girls I've ever made: Catherine, Michelle, Sara, Emily, Winona, Gwen, Iris, Shana, Lily or Crystal. All of them I selected for female characters because I always thought they seemed very natural and I liked the sound of those names.

I really like the name Kyra (pronounced key-ra) and presumably Marie as a middle name. Just coming up with that stuff off the top of my head.
