I'd put it on the GTS and ask for an Arceus in exchange. I've recently taken up competitive Pokemon playing from Nappy. I'm not giving up my Darkrai for your level 1 Slowpoke. Stop asking.
For real for real...I guess I'd put it outside and watch birds eat it. I love everything potato except baked potato, and I don't feel like preparing it.
Shred it on the large side of a cheese grater.
Rinse shredded tater in water.
Soak the shredded remains, skin included in a cold bath of salty water for an hour.
Remove from brine and rinse again.
Dry on paper towels for a few minutes.
Season with some and pepper.
Heat canola oil in large nonstick pan.
Proceed to pan fry the everliving fuck out of them.
Eat with bacon and scrambled eggs.

As for me: I'd leave it down in my basement and see how long it takes to grow a potato "tree" as seen in Portal 2's "Bring Your Daughter to Work Day" science fair.

Saute the potato (after chopping it up) with some onions, garlic, peppers, and spices. It will be sauteed in my chili flavored olive oil.
Have it with medium rare steak off the bbq.

I make a really good mash, so that is probably what I would do with it. But you can keep that bland brown skinned potato, I need blue potatoes to make the perfect mash.
