I'm not very creative, so I'd just build mostly the sets I have wanted for years: all the older Star Wars sets.

OT: Actually, I might make life size replicas of the Mighty Morphin Power Ranger Dino Zords. (that is, as tall as buildings). I could also pilot and transform and combine them too.
