Once I am content at buying stuff for me (buy a flat in the city, getting a HD tv etc and tons of anime and game related stuffs) I would spread the money around to my close friends and family. Since I'm helping my close friends I may as well help him set up his comicbook business (as long he is fine with me helping him).
I probably create my own business of some sort (probably in relation with my mate comics) and I probably spend some of it travelling around the world since I got alot of monety.

I'd desperately fund scientific research in the areas of fusion energy and immortality.

I'd buy the equivalent of one or two Rhode Island's, preferably with access to fresh water and maybe the ocean... perhaps my own island, and my own micro-nation.

I'd stockpile supplies, make bunkers... Keep them spread out in case the shit hits the fan, so I wouldn't have to go too far.

Probably build my own giant mech, and a droid army.

Unlimited supply of money? Well. That's highly impractical. Would ever so slightly destroy the world's economy

However, I'd commission myself a large airship for day-to-day life, along with a couple of normal-ish sized houses in a couple of nice areas for actually doing things. A couple of retro machines updated for the modern age: a classic Mini Cooper chassis, or something made to the same specs (not a BMiniW) with up-to-date interior including cleaner engines (h-cells?); an old Mac G5 shell (or, again, a lookalike) with modern innards. Probably running Ubuntu. Or, triple-booted, why not

All the while, investing into commercial space companies, research into space elevators and funding the colonisation on Mars. If not beyond. I wouldn't think small with that cash

Anyway, I'd build the ultimate library, with the complete works of Polybius, Livy, Pliny, perhaps Appian, along with a shitload of other books. And put an entomology lab right next door for when I get bored.
