Organize some music concerts. I won't be able to attend them by the time they're ready, but tons of other people will. There include...
Funding Muse to be the first band to build a space-station venue, and subsequently play the first concert in space.
Fund a day-long festival in the Milton Keynes, like The Prodigy's, but with a different lineup.
(In this order)
Enter Shikari (I would have them higher because they're pretty much my favorite band, but their music wouldn't fit in as much as the other bands)

The ENTIRE gig would be recorded, with each band getting to release their own little 'chapter' of it. Pendulum would play a 25 song long set, and the greatest light show ever seen by mankind. If I had all the money possible, I would make it so.
The DVD would be in both 2D and 3D.
I would also fund Biffy Clyro to play a Milton Keynes show, as long as they did the setlist I've already made. They can have whoever they want supporting.
I can't really think of what else I would do with infinite monies and one day left.

Draw to my hearts content, followed up by the inviting of two buddies over for a duet on piano, then top the day off with a gathering of a couple friends together at the movie theater to critique every last film available at that time. Probably be dead by the time we reached the final tier of films, but hopefully it'll be something of the likes of "Hop" or "Rio" by the time I kick the bucket to spare myself the agony.
