I would head to Japan and ask the Mangaka of Bleach, Naruto, One Piece and Fairy Tail about the future story and how it will all end (this also apply to certain stories webcomic).
Then I would also head to Marvel or DC HQ to give them the right of my superheroes character and they must be decent not to be killed off (I willing to accept comic limbo for that matter).

Make sure I set my friends and family right for the rest of their lives monetarily.
Then I would buy the rights to the shining force series and gives them back to Camelot with the request to make more force games in the vein of 1-3 along with funding.
Then I would fund the development of the following games for people to enjoy when i'm on the other side: Another Breath of Fire game (with explicit instructions on how to not make it suck), another Suikoden game (same again) and another Phantasy Star game along the vein of I,II and IV.
Maybe if I had time after that, I would fund the development along with a bunch of suggestions for a Final Fantasy Tactics, Fallout and Morrowind MMO's.
Hopefully, this would make a lot of gamers happy.

Here there's no separate hospital for mental health. There's only the psych ward at the main hospital and that's were I ended up, twice actually. I probably wouldn't do anything super special, I'd use the money to pay off my family's debts and then quietly wait in my room the rest of the time. I mean if I go crazy then I'll be remembered for being an absolute twat, and if for some reason the person who told me I had only one day left was wrong, then I'd be facing ALOT of consequences.
