Personally, I'd probably be depressed and say goodbye to everyone who gives a shit. Then I'd do whatever I was in the mood for, so long as it wouldn't ruin anyone else's day, before heading to a hospital when it's close to time for me to finally die. I'm an organ donor after all, might as well make it easier for them to collect.
