needless to say after your wish the genie is destroyed and you cannot make another wish. you cannot wish for the genie to not get destroyed and you cannot wish for more genies. basically you cant wish for anything that gives you more wishes. ok? ok

my wish will be to make everyone obey me. that way i will be the ruler of human kind. think of the emperor of man but healthy and no psychic powers. i want this wish because we all know that we humans are wasting a huge amount of resources in wars and military development. so what if we let that go? what if all the humans unite and work on the problems together? think of how fast they would all be solved. we will achieve the power to go to mars in matter of decades. also every problem is able to be solved by science. global warming? a shit-ton of solutions for that that are not possible because of money problems. low foods? genetic engineering. any problem! and by this power i will make the people love me too so i wont get much shit. i will leave them to do anything they want limited by the law.(which i do not participate in making)

I'd debate it for a long while, but probably end up with teleportation. Of the kind where I can do it whenever I want and whatever I'm holding (person, animal or thing) comes with me. I'd mostly use it to travel and explore, I expect, and to get to and from work easily (no more commute, yay!)... yeah, kinda boring. But I'd pop off to Europe or Australia or something for an afternoon often to visit family or see the sights or something.

The one bad thing about teleportation is you kinda have to have safe places to pop in and out of. So that makes some things difficult. Especially if you're hiding the ability.

That has always been my ultimate power fantasy. Why would you need anything else when you can just make what you need out of nothing? Why wish for immortality when you can die, then resurrect yourself, or make yourself immune to everything? Why wish the world was peaceful when you could make every harmful thought any will ever have non-existent? etc.

But if I can't have that, I think I would pick telekinesis/telepathy in the form of dark energy. It's one thing to pick up a car with your mind, it's another to pick up a car with your mind, while it's bleeding shadowy wisp of black smoke. The visual aesthetic matters much to me.

Heh, yeah, that's one that always struck me as being very useful. Mind you, don't even need to go that length, just get up to dodgy stuff somewhere distant you couldn't otherwise reach quickly , and be seen immediately before and after back home. Maybe pop back once or twice during. Walking around somewhere with TV cameras, buy something and keep the receipt would be enough.
