Weaponry... Imagine the money you could make as a gun runner. Oh I'm just going on holiday to Somalia, then just jam on down to the local war lord and give him thousands of weapons for a few diamonds.
Amateur.

I'd TAKE his territory with the infinite weapons and take ALL the diamonds.

OT: The infinite lack of any Australia-based threads in the News Room.

I forgot to say what I'd choose...

mainly because I haven't decided. But I think that, if I didn't go with being able to create an item that can do anything, I would go with economy sized functioning space-ships like from movies. I can sell them to science so they can make them, I can sell them to people, and I can go where I want in space! *evil laugh*

Post-its. Don't ask why, I have my reasons.

Also, Yay! First post!
Well welcome to the Escapist, hope your first 'Quoted' message notifier was enjoyable, I still like them!

I've changed my mind, I'll take gold.

I know it'll devalue as I flood the market, but that's exactly why.

I'll take stacks of gold to every reputable dealer I can find, constantly day after day until the price crashes horribly, and puts those shitty fly by night companies like 'cash my gold' out of business, because there's something intensely shitty about realising there's a worldwide recession, and thinking it's the perfect time to buy people's long loved family heirlooms for about 10% of their value because they're desperate. I just hope it all goes horribly wrong and they end up out of business, as I don't like idiots, but people taking advantage of idiots are somehow even worse.

Really tho, who's putting their family jewellery in an envelope marked 'gold' and sticking it in the mail? they're asking to get robbed really. If you're really that stuck, find a reputable independent jeweller to value it for you and purchase it, not some fly by night operation set up just to prey on the weak.

Hmmmm.... I'd go with common sense...

Obviously, everyone already assumes they have it, yet still people manage to do stupid things that could have been prevented with common sense.
