Look, in Planescape: Torment, all that one needs to do in order to open a Portal (which are EVERYWHERE), is know what the right Key is. A Key can be any item, action, or thought.

Given that I am immortal, and have explored the majority of the Planes, it will be nigh impossible to hold me, because I know the Key to almost every Portal.
