How is the Nameless One even a fair protagonist? You just "mutter" a spell, and every enemy in the game dies?

Uh... no. In the game, you don't start off with access to any of the spells, you have to find and help out a certain NPC to start learning spells... which means that if you start off gearing your char. towards a mage, you'll be at a huge disadvantage until you find that NPC and help them out enough. I'm just simplifying things for the purpose of a forum games thread. Hmmm... yeah... I guess I'll stop with the negative reality-changing spells and just go for the simple "set someone on fire" variety. Something that can be countered. Not doing anything about his knowledge of Portals.

While we're on that subject... that last spell I just cast didn't work. No one was harmed at all.
