I want to start traveling again so badly. I miss backpacking across unfamiliar land with no clear destination or goal in mind, some of the best times of my life.

Instead sadly I'm currently stuck in the classic rut where even if I could afford to go traveling again, and I suppose I probably could, I'd also have to worry about my job still being there when I get back and who's going to take care of my place while I'm gone not to mention rent and BLARGIJUSTWANNATRAVELAGAIN!

More immediately a nicer apartment or, aiming lower than that even, a new TV would be nice.

Ummmmmm... does it count if the thing I want doesn't actually exist? Because what I'd want would be a complete reprint of Berserk, in A4 size, with leather hardcovers. I'd imagine those costing around $80 a pop, so the money'd certainly be appreciated.

Also money for traveling to at least tour Europe, go to Mt. Roraima, South Africa, Bali or somewhere similar tropical, and New Zealand with all my friends. God I loved reading a book on the terrace during the monsoon.

Or I could just get the Kytan Daemon Engine form Forgeworld

Just one thing? Once I had one, I'd want a few more to keep it company. Like the services of an experienced dom, firearms training, a private music tutor and free entry to any public transport, museum or heritage site in the world.

If I could only choose one of those, the dom might be the most interesting and educational.

My tastes aren't that expensive that I can't like just work a regular job and buy them that way.

-Decent desert combat boots.
-New pair of waterproof combat boots.

-About a kilo of different blends of coffee
-About two kilos of some nice masala chai.

I'd probably just put the money in the bank. There isn't anything I might want that I couldn't afford with what little savings I already have. I have a functional computer and an internet connection, what more do I need?

I'd constantly search for failing crowdfunding projects that I like and save them last minute.

My own castle with a large grass field and some tree patches. And on the field I'd build a small medieval-like village. Basically, I'd build my own LARP terrain with a small simple village and castle, to have LARP events play on.

If I truly had enough money to buy what I wanted, not needed, I'd mostly end up buying a house with a bunch of stuff in it that I didn't really need. Just all kinds of random bullcrap that generally had no real purpose, lots of Computer related things, mostly entertainment related gadgets and doodads that would make life a little more simplistic. Just all in all, a suberbly decorated mancave, a way too big pool with all the other nonsense too.

Or I could buy the world, I want it. But no big deal.

I'd buy that and have a room dedicated to every single one of my hobbies, I'd also buy cars and hire drivers to bring all my friends to play D&D in the D&D dungeon that I would have, yes I'd do that, I'm assuming infinite money here.

While a videogame or some niche item would be interesting, it would be much more wise to invest into something that would pay off in the long run.

On one hand, land/properety, like a gloomy castle

Though it depends if servants/staff will be included, since such a large structure requires defence and mainstance (even if you can always turn it into a museum)

On the other hand, just a very nice villa may suffice

However, this is probably clechee. If not land, I can always pay for my family's higher education for the next few generations. And if not that, I'll probably get some sort of super-duper health insurance. So, if I ever develop problems with my feet, I could remove them and install some neat CYBORG LEGS

Like there's a whole spectrum of things I want, not need, ranging from likely to unlikely. Like I want a decent cowboy western action set up, with the 2 pistols, levergun, shotgun, holsters costume etc. That's expensive but definitely possible in the future.

But then there's my independent comic book publishing house all run out of a self-sufficient mega-yatcht. Don't see that happening.
