That one law in Texas (I think) where you can't throw onions. I laughed so hard when my friend told me about that...
It would be illegal to be stupid.

I would make it illegal to have any enemy in a video game have a one-hit kill attack. I'm sure everyone would like that.
I'd also make a law stating that every game must have a bestiary containing detailed descriptions about every single enemy in the game.

Anyone who asks "Do you like Mudkipz?" Will be sent to a brainwashing facility (Think Clockwork Orange.) and turned into mindless drones who will work in the mines until the day they die.
Anyone that is caught wearing a pair of shoes that are the same, with shoelaces that are the same color, they will be immediately supplied a different color shoelace for them to apply on the spot to either of their shoes. Refusal is punishable by up to a year in jail.

Make it against the law, with stiff penalties, to have invasive/obtrusive advertisements, spam e-mail, and unsolicited calls/mail.
Or make it so you can't have tiny little disclaimers, fine print, or rapidly spoken disclaimers on the radio.
Pretty much anything that makes me want to go up to someone does it and savagely beat them while yelling swears at them for being so stupid.
