No where is safe, you are bound to be killed multiple times, only to be reloaded as to relive the torture for an eternity.
Just which Daedric Prince did you piss off?

I'd choose Solitude. It seems to be the most secure, and it doesn't have a lunatic for a ruler.

How the fuck does a hurricane in a foreign country have any relevance to Skyrim? Smacktard. 1 The vast majority of the dunmer don't have jobs, you have no evidence to support that and read "The Scourge of the Grey Quarter". The Argonians just got there, it is a civil war so strangers are kept at a distance for obvious reasons. That and most of them don't have any complaints. Some don't care for the cold reception either. Believe one of them mention that if you talk to them. And the dunmer LIVE IN A SLUM. Their houses don't count for much. Been inside of them? Trashy. And the urine and shit from the higher quarters run down into the Gray Quarter so yeah, it's literally the sewer of Windhelm. The docks are preferable.

It's like you don't pay any attention to the games at all.
the evidence to support that they all work is that they all have assigned jobs in game
SOTGQ isn't reliable, it's written by an in-game racist with an agenda. Bethesda deliberately writes in-game books inaccurately so that they are more realistic. There are also books that say all nords are lazy, stupid drunks. Is that true? No.

Revyn Sadri: shopkeeper/business owner
Belyn Hlaalu: works his own farm (with nord employee)
Ambarys Rendar: innkeeper/business owner
Suvaris Atheron: Clan Shatter-Shield Office clerk
Faryl Atheron: farmer
Aval Atheron: Runs his own stall in the market
Malthyr Elenil: works for Ambarys Rendar at the New Gnisis Cornerclub
I THINK that's all of them... even if its not, thats still the majority.

The dunmer have jobs.
The argonians are wage slaves. In fact, if you check out Suvaris' journal in the shatter-shield office, you can see that starvation is a normal punitive measure, and they are kept on the leash via skooma addiction

The dark elves are hated, perhaps, but the argonians don't even register as people to the nords (or dunmer, but then the dunmer were always racist assholes)

more importantly, 1.5 has dropped! fuck yeah!

Falkreath. Nice weather and no one messes with it.
And it isn't a major city, so you wouldn't get civilled up the war like all the other places (also, they have an imprisoned Werewolf, so if lycanthropy is your poison you could probably find a way to get some of his blood and wolf-out on some punks).

I would live in Markarth. but I decided to stick my nose in where it didn't belong. and I would not be taken to jail easily.

Probably the College if Winterhold wasn't such a shithole, so if not that then probably Riverwood, it's got a lot of jobs, good housing, and if we get invaded we are 5 minutes from Whiterun (one of the most defensible cities in Skyrim.).

I'd become a Mercenary and live wherever my job would take.
If that doesn't count I'd just live in a very small village so I wouldn't have to live in the constant smell of shit.

Riverwood. It's a nice place, to be honest. Right next to Whiterun too!

Or Falkreath, sure you have it in a forest heavy area, but okay! Bears at least don't open locks. >.> Yet. <.<
