Captain Titus from Warhammer 40k Space Marine cause his armor would be too thick to bite through.
The Pyro from TF2 as He/she would be great for clearing out huge hoards.
And finally my character from terraia for building shelters and making weapons. hey he can make actual guns and lasers so he would be more helpful than the minecraft guy.

Mama...Yes, from Cooking and Camping Mama. Look, it's the apocalypse and you're going to get sick of straight up beans and hey, nobody cooks like Mama.

Alucard (Symphony of the Night). The first 5 minutes of gameplay will tell you why and everything after that make zombies less and, less of a threat to the man. Especially if he turns into noxious fog.

Tom Nook (Animal Crossing). Listen, that bastard can build. He may keep your ass in debt until a few months after you die but you can count on the man to build things in the night. Like houses and, additions to said house.

This is the Zombie Apocalypse. You're going to need more than just exterminators; you need someone to rebuild and someone to re-teach humanity how to not die from infection caused by a splinter.

I fucking love that introduction. Lubu is such a bad ass...that is until you play as him. I never gave him much of a chance though to be honest.

[Soldier] Seargent Johnson: He knows what the ladies like.

characters that don't have superpowers (and while were at it no master chief or Shepard cause there too bad-ass for this shait)

That kinda limits the field, also how do I know if a choice I make will be too bad-ass? Or if an ability they have could be classified as a superpower? Like would you consider biotics a superpower?

Anyway...

1. Marcus Fenix (he's a hell of a soldier and won't hesitate to do what needs to be done)
2. Issac Clarke (he has experience with horror and his suit should do a decent job to protect from bites)
3. HK-47 (He is a robot so he doesn't need sleep and can't be infected, perfect for watch duty)

There are 3 characters who came originally from games, not just had games made about them later. They all have no abilities that could be considered superpowers and none of them are overly bad-ass in my opinion.

2.Sonny (from the flash game of the same name): Having a talking zombie must be useful in some way. Plus he's pretty strong in a fight.

3.Victor Reznov: Baddass and very good with his cleaver/machete
