Tetris.

I played Tetris for about 2 hours before I went to sleep, and I'm pretty sure I went slightly insane and seeing blocks everywhere. That's just 2 hours, and I'm not going to try playing Pacman for a prolong period for similar reasons.

I'd probably pick Quake 3, multiplayer gets less repetitive, and that's the first game I played that was just multiplayer.
